What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first task is to identify the client’s needs and learn about their job environment, event or a graduation class.  After evaluating if I am the best fit for a particular group, we build a presentation tailored to the event planner’s needs, and what the audience should take away from it.

What education or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a diverse background in formal education and leadership theory and practice through post graduate school in Educational Leadership, and a 23 year banking career.  I am also currently Asst Vice Pdt/Retail Banking Center Mgr for Old national Bank, managing a conglomerate of banks.  

But my real experience comes from the incredible events in my life that propelled me into the position to overcome my circumstances. This has helped me to translate those theories into an applicable product through story-telling techniques, which is proven to make the most impact on learning new concepts, and transforming individuals and organizations

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I never knew professional speaking could be a career. I was continuously asked to speak in front of groups or businesses, at graduation events as keynote Speaker for no fees, and I always had to have something important to say, and people will applaud, And especially this:

Cost: What should clients know about our pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Locally and internationally, we are often able to work within your budget as long as everyone is fair and reasonable

A keynote address may cost one price, a half-day seminar another price, and a full-day seminar or emergency gig another.  We customize our quote for customers rather than offer a standard price list.

For some events, we charge a flat fee, sometimes we charge a fee based on the number of people participating in the program, and other times we charge an hourly rate.

We are opened to negotiation and discounts

If clients have a specific budget in mind, we can outline exactly what they can get for that budget. Each presentation is different -- customized to your event.
